For items that arrive damaged, please send an email to customerservice@glenieceskin.com with the following information: your name, order number, and images of the damaged item. Replacements are sent out immediately based on our discretion.
Lost/Stolen Package:
Gleniece Skin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have not received your items due to any circumstance, please contact USPS to file a lost/stolen package claim.
